I was wander craft section of local store saw these fabrics that caught my eye and then when i saw they glittery pipe cleaners i thought to myself i can make a crown with these and then came to light i can make my kitty a princess for halloween. I bought the pipe cleaners and 3 different fabrics. I made her a crown and a kitty sized dress. For the pattern i used a batman premade costume i had bought i cut it in hale and traced out the patern.
