Got a backless dress, but don’t have a backless bra? Here’s an easy fix: If the dress has a waist stay, or if you can add one, it’s possible to convert your favorite bra into a backless style. Just attach two bra extenders to the waist stay. Loosen the bra straps, and hook them to the bra extenders on the waist stay.
