cocktail dress
This cocktail dress, of my own design, is made out of a white flocked taffeta with black satin for the bodice and cummerbund. As it is strapless, there is boning in the foundation. The skirt is a circular skirt with a crinoline underneath. I decided to add the folded white material to the bodice design since I wanted something more elaborate then just a plain black bodice, I also like the look of the asymmetry that folded fabric provides. The cummerbund also is made of folded material.
